I built several smaller commercial projects as a subcontractor for several large general contractors.
One of my strong points is in Design Build, I recognize cost savings and am able to convince owners and engineers of potential ways of saving money and providing an equal or better product at the same time.
*Prior to 1982 I worked as a carpenter, contract superintendent, subcontractor, etc., for a lot of different companies.
Along the way I have learned several other trades including electrical, plumbing, roofing, demolition, concrete, etc. This really helps me in my current position. I understand what they are doing and if they are doing it right. I read all types of blueprints including MEP, structural, etc. I have a lot of civil experience as well, utilities, streets, etc, I am also well versed in selective demolition for remodel projects.
I have completed the 48 hour AGC / OSHA safety course, and have CPR and first aid Certification.

“Paul Flowers has been a very efficient and exceptional Superintendent. He is known for his excellent relationships with Owners, Architect’s, and subcontractors. His style of leadership is one not found often on today’s job sites. With his main goal being progress of the schedule and savings of construction costs, he has acquired a following of subcontractors that will do extra work for him because they know of his fairness. This has helped in negotiated contracts, to be able to show and present savings back to the owner. His duties include supervision of the total project from start to finish, coordinating all phases of construction, engineering, layout, supervision of all employees and subcontractors, and working and communicating with owners and inspectors. He is able to read, understand and follow bar charts and is proficient on the computer to keep and maintain company records.”

“I was a contract PM for Rollins Truck Leasing (owner's rep) and had an opportunity to work with Paul on the construction of a Rollins Facility in Wichita, KS. Paul was the project superintendent for the GC we hired to construct the facility.
We worked together on this project for its entire duration, approximately a year. I also worked with Paul on several smaller remodel projects for Rollins in the Nashville area. Paul was responsible for the day to day operations of the jobsite and
scheduling of all trades. Paul is probably the most ethical, organized, efficient and dedicated individual I have ever worked with in the industry. I would most definitely rehire Paul if I had the need.”
